Refund Policy

If Complaint Index isn't what you expected, you can get your money back within 14 days of buying lifetime access. No questions asked.

How to request a refund

1. Email support@thecomplaintindex.com within 14 days of your purchase.
2. Send it from the email address on your account, or include that address in the message.

We'll process it within a few business days. The money goes back to your original payment method; your bank may take another 5–10 business days to show it.

What happens to your access

Once a refund is issued, your account returns to the free version of the site.

After 14 days

Purchases are final after 14 days, except where the law requires otherwise. If something went wrong, such as a duplicate charge, email us anytime and we'll make it right.
